ASSOCIATE OR FULL PROFESSOR FACULTY POSITIONS Division of Epidemiology Department of Community and Preventive Medicine University of Rochester Medical Center The Division of Epidemiology within the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry’s Department of Community and Preventive Medicine is recruiting tenure-track faculty at the level of Associate or Full Professor. The division is seeking outstanding candidates with a demonstrated research interest in the areas of prevention, intervention, or etiological research. Individuals with experience in molecular or genetic epidemiology, infectious disease epidemiology, and behavioral epidemiology are of particular interest. Successful candidates are expected to attract extramural support, demonstrate excellence in teaching in the extensive pre-doctoral and post-doctoral training programs in the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine, and expand partnerships within the university and the community. All applicants must hold a doctoral degree in epidemiology or in a closely related field of science with a strong emphasis on research design and statistical methods. She or he should have an established record of extramural funding and publications in peer-reviewed journals, and must have evidence of teaching and supervision of trainees.
