Jeffrey Allen, M.D.

Dr. Jeffrey Allen is Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC). He attended medical school at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse and then performed his Internal Medicine Residency at URMC. He is certified in both Internal Medicine and Hospice and Palliative Care.

Marc Berliant, M.D.

Dr. Marc Berliant is Chief of the Division of General Medicine and Professor of Medicine at URMC. Dr. Berliant attended medical school at University of Illinois School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at URMC. He has also been active with medical students in community health projects.

John Grable, Ph.D., M.D.

Dr. Grable is Associate Professor at URMC. After serving in the U.S. Army, he received his Ph.D. in Biology and M.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Grable then completed his Internal Medicine Residency at URMC. He is an Assistant Program Director for the residency program and performs tobacco cessation research.

Catherine Gracey, M.D.

Dr. Catherine Gracey is Associate Professor at URMC. She attended medical school at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and then completed her internal medicine training at the University of Rochester Primary Care Program in Internal Medicine. She is also the Associate Program Director for Evaluation, Assessment and Faculty Development for the internal medicine residency program.

David Lambert, M.D.

Dr. David Lambert is Associate Professor at URMC and Senior Associate Dean, Medical Student Education. He is a graduate of the Dartmouth Medical School and performed his residency at the New England Deaconess Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Lambert has special interests in preventive care and medical education.

Holly McGregor Lavigne, Ph.D .

Dr. Holly McGregor Lavigne is Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine. She received her Ph.D. in Social Psychology from the University of Rochester. She is co-investigator on several tobacco dependence treatment studies.

Priscilla Martin, M.D.

Dr. Priscilla Martin is Assistant Professor at URMC. She received her M.D. from the University of Vermont College of Medicine, then performed her residency at Rochester General Hospital and the University of Rochester. She has been involved in medicine resident education at Rochester General Hospital and URMC for several years.

Raymond Mayewski, M.D.

Dr. Raymond Mayewski is Professor of Medicine and Chief Medical Officer and Vice President at URMC. He is also a past Director of the Center for Primary Care. Dr. Mayewski received his M.D. from Temple Medical School and his internal medicine training at URMC. He subsequently performed fellowships in pulmonary disease and patient safety. He is currently the Director of the Grateful Donor Program at URMC.

Robert Panzer, M.D.

Dr. Robert Panzer is Professor within the Department of Medicine and the Department of Community and Preventive Medicine at URMC. He received his M.D. from Albany Medical College then performed a Fellowship in General Internal Medicine at URMC. He is Chief Quality Officer of URMC and Strong Memorial Hospital.

Eric Richard, M.D.

Dr. Eric Richard is Assistant Professor at URMC. He received his M.D. from the Yale University School of Medicine and then performed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Richard is also the Course Director for the Introduction to Clinical Medicine Course at the University of Rochester Medical School and he is Chairman of the Clinical Program Council of the Department of Medicine.

A. Andrew Rudmann, M.D.

Dr. Andrew Rudmann is Associate Professor at URMC. He is also the Chief of the Hospital Medicine Division, made up of more than 20 hospitalists who provide primary care services to inpatients within Strong Memorial Hospital. Dr. Rudmann graduated from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and performed his residency at URMC.

Geoffrey Williams, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Geoffrey Williams is Professor of Medicine, Psychiatry and Psychology at URMC. He received his M.D. from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Williams performed fellowships in Biopsychosocial Medicine and General Internal Medicine prior to receiving his Ph.D. in Health Psychology from URMC. He is currently performing research on health related motivation, tobacco dependence treatment and other difficult to change health behaviors.
