Enjoy a catered dinner for up to 10 people at a location of your choice. This special event will include a 6-course meal with a curated wine pairing with former owner of Hicks & McCarthy in Pittsford, Chef David Watkins.

Chef David Watkins holds his degrees in Baking and Pastry Arts and Foodservice Management from Johnson & Wales University. In addition to his work at Episcopal SeniorLife Communities, David is active in the Rochester restaurant community and is a consultant for several restaurants in the area.

The winning bidder of this lot will work directly with Chef Watkins to create the menu and theme.

• Location needs to be within a 25 mile radius of Rochester, NY
• Experience is to be scheduled for a mutually agreed upon date
