Studypages
Studypages is an online platform that supports research teams by bringing visibility to the pre-enrollment pipeline, streamlining workflows, and delivering a connected experience for potential study subjects.
Features

It also provides the ability to text message potential participants and subjects about appointments. Teams can also create a shared calendar of all trial study appointments and track recruitment channel performance.

- Conveniently communicate via text message about appointments
- Create a shared calendar for all study appointments
- Track recruitment channel performance for informed decision-making
Get Started
Starting July 1, 2025, there will be a fee to use Studypages. For more information about the cost, email researchhelp@urmc.rochester.edu. The cost is part of a package that includes use of the CTSI research participant registry and MyChart for Recruitment. It also includes creating all IRB materials and protocol template language to obtain IRB approval for all three tools.
Studypages has replaced Clinical Studies Admin for posting study information on our public website, UR Health Research. Clinical Studies Admin will remain active until June 30, 2025.
You can use Studypages in three ways:
- Make your study public so patients and community members can sign up.
- Track potential participants up to the consent step. Then, subject management moves to OnCore.
- Text research subjects before or after consent to arrange appointments and send reminders. Other text content, such as survey links, should use Mosio. Even if you are done recruiting, you can still use Studypages to manage subjects.
To get started, create your account. The UR CTSI Recruitment Team will contact you when your study is created in Click. The team will walk you through the steps required to get your page ready and approved by your reviewing IRB.
