Bio-Lab Informatics System
The Bio-Lab Informatics System (BLIS) is a comprehensive, web-based data management system developed to store, integrate, analyze, and securely share biomedical research data. BLIS is built using the open-source LabKey Server which provides a number of experiment modules for managing laboratory assay workflows and flexible architecture for customization.

CIDUR
CIDUR (Clinical Imaging Data for UR Researchers) is a web-based medical imaging data management system for the collection and governance of clinical imaging data for IRB-approved research. CIDUR is based on the open-source informatics platform XNAT and provides secure storage, access management, quality assessment, DICOM® image viewing, and de-identification tools.

Data De-Identification
In conjunction with the Office of the Vice President for Research, the UR CTSI offers a data de-identification service for the University research community. This service helps remove or mask elements in research datasets containing Protected Health Information (PHI) before publicly sharing or publishing the data.
