StudyPages Launch and Fee Changes Coming July 1
URMC investigators recruiting research subjects will benefit from the upcoming launch of StudyPages, a system that provides increased transparency to the public and allows for discoverability by potential participants. This platform boasts automated tracking and communication features to reduce administrative overhead in research subject recruitment and retention processes, allowing teams to focus more on their research. StudyPages will be available to URMC researchers on July 1.
Investigators will be charged a flat fee of $800 to access Studypages, ResearchMatch, the CTSI Research Participant Registry, and MyChart for Recruitment. This fee must be accounted for in the research project budget during the negotiation process with the external funder as part of the grant application. UR CTSI recruitment tools will be available free of charge to studies that exclusively recruit outside the United States and/or use funding sources internal to the University.
UR CTSI staff will fully support teams utilizing these platforms, including providing documentation and support and managing data entry in StudyPages.
Questions about these services should be directed to the Research Help Desk.
