Colon and Rectal Surgery Fellowship

The Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center is a multifaceted practice that specializes in and cares for patients with diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus in Rochester, New York. The mission of this fellowship program is to prepare the resident to function as a qualified practitioner of colon and rectal surgery at the high level of performance expected of a board-certified specialist demonstrating competence in surgical skill, cognitive decision making and clinical management of the preoperative, operative, and postoperative patient with surgical disorders of the colon, rectum and anus.
