How to Apply
Thank you for your interest in the ACGME accredited Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship Program at the University of Rochester. We select the most qualified candidates regardless of age, color, disability, domestic violence status, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, genetic information, marital status, military/veteran status, national origin, race, religion/creed, sex, sexual orientation or any other status protected by law. Applicants must be graduates of an ACGME-approved general psychiatry residency program prior to starting the fellowship, and provide the following:
- Application form
- Curriculum vitae
- Personal statement
- Three letters of recommendation, including one from each program director
- Dean’s letter
- Medical school transcript
- ECFMG certificate, if applicable
- USMLE scores
