How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in the University of Rochester Musculoskeletal Imaging Fellowship. Our fellowship is participating in the NRMP MSK Fellowship Match.

Criteria For Eligibility

• Completed an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program in the United States or an RCPSC-accredited or CFPC-accredited residency program in Canada
• Board eligibility or board certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
• Satisfactory completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Steps 1, 2, and, if eligible, Step 3
• Permanent residency status or citizenship in the United States, and a valid New York State license for non-accredited programs

Application

Applications and supporting documentation may be submitted via email or US mail. Only completed applications will be reviewed for interview consideration, and personal interviews granted based on the strength of the application. A complete application for all fellowship programs includes:

1. Completed Application Form
2. CV
3. Personal Statement
4. USMLE score reports/transcripts (steps 1,2,3)
5. Dean's letter/Medical Student Performance Evaluation
6. Medical school transcript
7. Three letters of recommendation (including one from your residency program director)
8. Photograph (optional)

Application Timeline

• Submit applications: November 1st
• Interview dates: January 8th - March 31st
  • Interviews will be conducted virtually using Zoom.
  • Interview dates and times will be established on a rolling basis through the program coordinator.
• Match Day occurs in early to mid June.
