FAQs Due to advisory dean meetings, students are not permitted to reserve rooms from 12-1 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays unless advisory dean meetings have been cancelled. Once a room request form is submitted, please allow for 24 hours for requests to be approved. You will then receive an email confirmation for you to ensure the accuracy of your reservation. Fees do not apply for room reservations booked by medical students. If needed, a limited number of self-service 6 ft. tables are available in the CEL Main Office (Rm. 2-7525).
