Disaster Training
Stop the Bleed Bags
The Center for Experiential Learning is proud to house and partner with the Finger Lakes Regional Training Center (FLRTC), a New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) Office of Health Emergency Preparedness (OHEP) grant-funded entity tasked with the identification, coordination, development, delivery, and/or evaluation of emergency preparedness training for the Western Region Healthcare Emergency Preparedness Coalition (WRHEPC). There are four HEPCs in New York State, the purpose of which is integrating, supporting and coordinating Emergency Support Functions (ESF) as they apply to healthcare and public health emergency planning and response. URMC is one of four agencies that was selected to be a Regional Training Center for the HEPC regions.
