To improve the health and quality of life of older adults across the care continuum in Rochester, our surrounding region and the world though innovation in education, research and patient-centered care.

To achieve this, we will:

• Support an interprofessional and integrated community of outstanding clinicians, teachers and investigators
• Define and deliver state of the art, quality care congruent with patient values & goals
• Expand the geriatrics knowledge base and skill-set through collaborative research and education
• Foster development of local and regional systems of geriatrics care that impact cost and quality and promote successful aging
