The UR Comprehensive Stroke Center and Neuromedicine Intensive Care Unit offer the most advanced stroke treatments. We treat:

Our diligent team at the Stroke, Cerebrovascular & Endovascular program at URMC has successfully achieved the highest rates of acute intervention and secondary stroke prevention. The center provides a broad multidisciplinary team, advanced neuroimaging capabilities and a dedicated critical care group for treating stroke patients. Through our sophisticated technology and expert care, we give patients the best chance of recovering from stroke and avoiding future strokes.
