Medications in Muscular Dystrophy

With helpful information that you’ve shared with us, a pharmacy research team has studied medication use in members of the National Registry of Myotonic Dystrophy and FSHD Patients and Family Members. Below are summaries of their findings to date:

• The benefits and risks of statins (medications that lower cholesterol)
• Pain and pain medication use
