Singh laboratory's major research goals are,

1. Understanding the role of inflammatory leukocytes in vascular injury associated with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease during viral infections such as HIV and SARS-CoV-2.

2. Delineating the role inter-leukocyte interactions (platelets, monocytes, Dendritic cells and T cells) in anti-HIV immune responses and improvement of Dendritic cell based vaccine strategies.

3. Identification of peripheral signatures of neuro-inflammation during neurodegenerative disorders including HIV associated neurological disease.
