Linda L. Matons is a Masters level Behavior Specialist and Senior Associate in Pediatrics at the Strong Center for Developmental Disabilities, University of Rochester School of Medicine. She has more than twenty years of experience working in the field of developmental disabilities. Her work has focused on the application of behavior analysis to skill development and the reduction of maladaptive behavior. She has worked with children and adults with various diagnoses including individuals with autism spectrum disorders.
