Vascular Clinical Trials
Clinical Trials
Clinical trials offered through Vascular Surgery give our patients access to some of the newest treatments for vascular disease, and continue the tradition of significant advances in vascular surgery techniques that have been made at the University of Rochester. Current studies are focused on open and endovascular surgical procedures that minimize invasive surgery and shorten recovery time for patients. Participation in a clinical trial offers a patient access to new, experimental procedures, products or devices that are not yet available on the market, and is based on specific needs. Patients must also meet certain criteria to participate in a clinical trial.
