Thursday, November 28th: All patient service centers will be CLOSED with STAT services available in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Friday, November 29th: UR Medicine Labs Patient Service Centers will have limited locations and hours. Please see link below for open locations and hours.
UR Medicine Labs offers patient service centers in & around Monroe County
- We welcome lab orders from any physician or provider.
- For assistance in scheduling appointments or if you have a general question, please call client services at
585-758-0510, option 3.
- Upon arrival, visitors check in with our electronic check in process using a smartphone or iPad provided inside the entrance. If you are unable to check in electronically, please ask a staff member for assistance. After checking in, all visitors will have the option to wait in the waiting room (masked) or wait in their vehicle until they are called in.
