Amy Mayfield is an excellent provider. I am so glad to have her as my primary provider. I feel very comfortable and at ease with her and feel that I can talk with her about important health issues. I feel that her knowledge is really good and that she will take good care of my health care needs. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.
