Dr. Koh specializes in the treatment of back and neck pain caused by arthritis, degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, sciatica, herniated discs and pain following spine surgery. He also has expertise in treating neuropathic pain, cancer related pain, CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome), atypical facial pain, compression fractures, headache, joint pain and peripheral neuralgias.

Dr. Koh offers a variety of treatment options to help eliminate pain intractable to previous therapy, including epidurals, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, spinal cord stimulator, joint injections, and the latest minimally invasive spine procedures (MILD, Minuteman fusion, SI joint fusion, SPRINT PNS). He also has an interest in treating vertebrogenic low back pain by basivertebral nerve radiofrequency ablation (INTRACEPT procedure).

Dr. Koh's practice philosophy is to blend medical innovation, evidence based medicine and compassion to meet each patient's individual goals. He strives to improve functionality and allow patients to resume an active lifestyle. Dr. Koh believes that the treatment of pain is not only a physical issue but an emotional one as well. He offers patients the personal time and care that is needed to thoroughly evaluate their pain and provide them with the most appropriate treatment.

The fellow was very nice and explained a lot of things. The doctor himself was very nice and seemed to know much about my condition before he saw me. Which I am glad to hear most doctors come and then ask what I'm there for. But this doctor came in I knew what I was there for and had a plan of action.
