Creating S.M.A.R.T. Goals

Sometimes we set goals for ourselves that are unattainable. They don’t seem hard at first, but then we struggle to figure out where to start, or run into obstacles and become discouraged. If you are struggling with problems that are hard to fix, or goals that feel overwhelming or difficult to map out, try making S.M.A.R.T. goals - Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time Bound.  Learn more about setting S.M.A.R.T. goals in the Behavioral Health Partners’ January blog post.  Behavioral Health Partners is part of Well-U, offering eligible individuals mental health services for stress, anxiety, and depression.
