High Protein Milkshake
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 3/4 cup ice cream
Add ice cream and milk powder to milk and beat well.

- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 medium, ripe banana
Pour milk into blender. Add yogurt and banana and blend until smooth. Other fruit can be used in place of the banana.

- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 2 Tbs. sugar
- 1 cup canned fruit
- 4 popsicle sticks
Place yogurt, milk powder and sugar in a blender. Cover and blend until dissolved. Add fruit, and blend until smooth. Pour into 4 oz. plastic cups and freeze until almost set. Place a popsicle stick in the center of each. Freeze until firm.

- 1 envelope chocolate instant breakfast
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup dry milk powder
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee crystals
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
