The Office of Community Practice provides administrative support through a formalized infrastructure and forum for communication that acknowledges, respects, and strengthens collaboration between primary care providers and practices in our region and the Golisano Children’s Hospital/Department of Pediatrics.

We offer enhanced online resources and ready access to administrative support on-site and remotely that provides:

Facilitation of clinical appointments in Pediatrics
Administrative assistance for certification, recertification, and privileges
Shared educational opportunities and MOC activities/credit
A forum for communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building

Announcements

Brighter Days Pediatric Mental Health Urgent Care Center opened in mid-July as the first of its kind in the region. The clinic is available to young people up to the age of 18, with no appointment required. Learn more about our new mental health urgent care.

Resources

There are many free resources available to all providers in our Rochester community. Our office will help you access them without having to make a trip to the UR Medical Center.

Parking
Contact the Office of Community Practice to register for a free parking pass that will allow you to park at the UR Medical Center up to 26 times a year.
ID Badges
Contact the Office of Community Practice to obtain ID badges for everyone in your practice. Our team will organize a time to take your photos and will deliver the badges to your office.
