New Trial Innovation Network Offers More Opportunities for Clinical Trials

Born out of the Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Program, the Trial Innovation Network will facilitate and streamline the implementation of large, multi-site clinical trials. The network will offer assistance with all aspects of clinical trials as well as ample opportunity to be a part of existing clinical trials in the network or by proposing and leading a clinical trial through the network.

It’s All About Networks this Spring in the CTSI Seminar Series

The spring CTSI Seminar Series (the former CTSI Grand Rounds) will explore networks: how to develop them, manage the challenges of working with in them, and reap their benefits.  Networks allow for regular and broad exchange of ideas and information that can be a boon for your research. Join us on Thursdays at noon next semester to learn more!

More Opportunities to BUILD Diversity at the University

Help build diversity at University of Rochester by developing a collaboration with faculty or hosting an undergraduate student for research training from Xavier University of Louisiana, a Historically Black University.  UR and Xavier have developed a partnership through  the NIH’s Building Infrastructure Leading to Diversity (BUILD) program, which studies how to attract and retain diverse students in biomedical research .
