Amanda Schantz, RD, CDN, CDE, MPH
Amanda is a clinical dietitian at the Center for Community Health & Prevention and joined our team in July 2023. She holds a Master of Public Health degree in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts and a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University's College of Health and Human Services. Amanda worked as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) for six years at Rochester General Hospital's Endocrine-Diabetes Care & Resource Center. She also earned a Certificate of Training in the Adult Weight Management Program.
