Payment options for participants enrolled in all 4 sessions: 

$2,695 (full payment by check or credit card for all four sessions) $675 per each session (only if registered for all 4 sessions)

Payment options for participants enrolled in 1, 2 or 3 sessions: 

Dentist per session: $995 (Session 1 - 4)
$300 deposit and the balance ($695) due before the session starts 
Technician: $250
Auxiliary: $250
Resident: $200

Cancellation - Tuition will be refunded after a $25 cancellation charge

Course CE credits – 72 (18 credits per weekend)

Eastman Institute for Oral Health has been designated as an approved sponsor by the New York State constituent of the Academy of General Dentistry and the ADA. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education. ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry. Eastman Institute for Oral Health designates the eight days for 72 hours of continuing dental education credits.
