Gerald N. Graser Surgical Implant Fellowship
The Gerald N. Graser Surgical Implant Fellowship was created in 2002 to honor its namesake, Dr. Gerald N. Graser, the second Chairman of Eastman’s Prosthodontic Department. The Fellowship was made possible by the generous contributions of alumni, friends, corporate and professional leaders.
The fellowship emphasizes advanced surgical education and training in dental implantology and related sciences. It aims to couple implant-related education with novel learning in teaching methodologies in collaboration with the Warner School of Education.
The fellowship, registered by the New York State Department of Education, is committed to providing unique learning opportunities to qualified candidates. Fellows learn and practice all surgical phases of dental implantology in close contact with dual- and fellowship-trained faculty members.
Fellows are strongly encouraged to attend leadership seminars, to pursue a part-time or full-time academic position and to be innovative in their academic contributions.
