Check and Conquer Implicit Bias
Implicit bias is a form of bias that occurs automatically and unintentionally, that nevertheless affects judgments, decisions, and behaviors. Biases can sour interactions on the job, damage morale, and affect the bottom line. When bias is checked, employees remain focused and engaged and possess a stronger sense of belonging. And ultimately, those who are different from the majority come to believe their value is unconditionally accepted.
