Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Fellowship
Mission
The mission of our program is to train REI fellows to be well-rounded physician scientists who:
- Provide compassionate, comprehensive and evidence-based fertility care
- Conduct impactful research that expands the knowledge base of our field.
- Contribute to educational scholarship and quality initiatives that benefit our patients, community, and profession.
Strong Fertility Center is the longest standing in vitro fertilization center in Upstate New York with the program’s first in vitro fertilization (IVF) live birth in 1983, just four years after the birth of the world’s first IVF baby. Many Upstate New York patients have access to IVF and fertility preservation insurance coverage. Our faculty include 5 highly experienced board-certified reproductive endocrinologists and infertility specialists with expertise in medical education, research, polycystic ovary syndrome, reproductive surgery, and IVF in additional to faculty who specialize in complex minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, male infertility, reproductive genetics, medical and pediatric endocrinology.
