How to Apply

We offer two one-year fellowship positions per year.  One position is 50% EMG/neuromuscular and 50% EEG/Epilepsy and the second position is 80% EEG/Epilepsy and 20% EMG/neuromuscular.  Fellows who elect the 80-20% option may also apply for a one-year Epilepsy fellowship beginning directly after the successful completion of their CNP fellowship.

Applicants interested in fellowships beginning in 2025 should submit their applications through ERAS.  We request 3 letters of recommendation, a CV, USMLE/COMLEX scores, and a personal statement.  We follow the December fellowship match cycle.
