Number of Fellowships

One fellow is recruited each fellowship year.

Fellowship Qualifications

• All applicants must have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or a combined Medicine / Pediatrics residency. Unfortunately, due to internal funding constraints, we cannot accept applicants who have not completed these residencies. Applicants with outside funding (military, grant etc) are encouraged to speak with us about fellowship opportunities regardless of type of residency training. 
• We cannot accept applicants who are on a VISA.
• Successful candidates should consider following AMSSM residency training guidelines to obtain adequate experience prior to fellowship:  https://www.amssm.org/Residency.php
• Successful completion of USMLE or COMLEX Steps 1-3

Application Process

Applicants are accepted into the program ONLY through the NRMP. ALL application documentation must be submitted through ERAS effective July 2^nd through October 1^st. ANY application documents submitted directly to the fellowship will not be recognized. Interviews will be offered to outstanding candidates and conducted in mid-October. All interview activities will now be conducted virtually.
