How to Apply
Application Materials and General Information
One position is available each year in the Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship. The start date for the program is August 1st. Prospective fellows are invited to interview based on the information provided in their ERAS application. Program applications will be accepted only through the Association of American Medical College’s (AAMC) Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). All applicants must participate in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). The program follows the guidelines of the NRMP and all applicants must register with the NRMP. We are unable to accommodate J-1 or H1B visa status applicants within the GYN Oncology fellowship program at this time.
Completed ERAS applications will include:
- High-Resolution Photograph
- Personal Statement
- Medical School Transcript
- USMLE, COMLEX Transcript
- Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) examination scores. Include score reports from PGY 1-3 if you are still in residency and PGY 1-4 if you have completed residency training. Please email reports to

- One letter must be from your residency program director using the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) program director Standard Letter of Evaluation (PD SLOE). Please see the SGO Tool Kit for additional information.
- One letter must be from an individual or group of gynecologic oncologists using the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) gynecologic oncology Standard Letter of Evaluation (Gyn Onc SLOE). Please see the SGO Tool Kit for additional information.
- One letter may be in any format (SLOE not required) from an away rotation, other gynecologic oncologist(s), other supervising faculty, chairperson, or other physician.
