Application Requirements
Congratulations on taking the next step in the admissions process with the School of Medicine and Dentistry! Application to one PhD program per admissions year is accepted; however, you may request to transfer your application to a different program at any point in the application process.
Please review the list below and to apply to your program of interest. Before you start your application, please review the application requirements for PhD Programs, Master's Degrees and Certificate Programs. Click on your program of interest to be taken directly to the respective application portal. Direct any application questions to gradadm@urmc.rochester.edu.
SOPHAS application portal candidates who are offered and accept admission will be required to supply a final, official transcript demonstrating undergraduate degree conferral directly to the Graduate Education Registrar's Office at University of Rochester School of Medicine & Dentistry prior to first term enrollment.
