Fitness Classes - included with membership
Nonmembers can attend any of the classes listed below for FREE from May 14-23. Just complete a waiver and email to fitnesscenter@urmc.rochester.edu or complete at the Center when you attend.
Mondays - 6:00 p.m. - Zumba - Caren (45 mins)
Tuesdays - 5:45 p.m. - High Fitness - Erika (45 mins) High Fitness
Wednesdays - 5:45 p.m. - Barbell class - Scott (45 mins)
Thursdays - 5:45 p.m. - Zumba - Fernando (45 mins)
*Due to space constraints, all classes are first come, first served. Sign in at reception desk.
