Construction Guidelines

LeChase Construction, LLC is working with Highland Hospital and neighbors to assure that construction is completed with courtesy using the following guidelines:

• Construction will take place between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday but the schedule is subject to change. Please see our Blog and Schedule for updates.
• Patient drop off and pickup that is currently done in the South Lot will occur in the Hospital front loop.
• All construction traffic must take South Avenue.
• Diesel engines used for the project will have “scrubbers” – filters that reduce odors
• LeChase will take special precautions to control dust.
• LeChase workers will have designated off-site parking and will carpool to the construction site. They have been advised not to park on neighboring streets.
• Since this will be a “live” construction zone later this summer, access to the site is not allowed by anyone other than LeChase workers and designated Highland staff.
