Saturday Work 1/7

Crews will be onsite on Saturday 1/7  from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. with roofing and siding installation.

During the week, crews will be working inside on finishing drywall framing, painting, and various mechanical installations. Outside, the tower crane will be in use moving materials from the ground to various floors in the building. Window and siding installation continues as well as roofing. Crews will also be working to install a new manhole and storm piping.

Later this month, crews will be bringing the site work up to grade to allow for settlement over the winter.  This is expected to generate minimal vibrations. More details will be sent out via this blog as the time for this work approaches.

Crews tentatively expect that February 9th will be the date for closing Mt Vernon for a week to remove the tower crane. This work will be similar to when the tower crane was installed and more information will be available on this blog as that time draws closer. Please keep in mind that weather will may have a significant impact on the crane removal.
