No Work Memorial Day Weekend

There will be no construction work on site Saturday, Sunday, or Monday of this coming weekend due to the Memorial Day holiday.

During the week, crews will be on site from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. The tower crane and buck hoist will both be used for activities on site. Crews will be fire proofing structural members on the 4^th floor and installing framing on the 5^th, 6^th, 7^th, and mechanical penthouse floors. They will also be working from boom lifts on the south and part of the east elevation to install the exterior framing and sheathing. Drywall top fill is being installed on the 5^th and 6^th floors for mechanicals and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins are being installed in multiple locations within the building.

Typical levels of construction noise and vibrations are expected with all of these activities. For the deep foundation work, any possible vibrations will be monitored by a third party testing agency.
