Exterior Work Resumes Next Week
Site work will resume the week of November 16th starting with excavation and installation of shoring for the fuel tanks. All project related delivery trucks and dumpster deliveries and removals will use the South Access Drive off South Avenue. Normal levels of truck noise can be expected during this time.
Due to the installation of the underground fuel tanks on the west side of the site, crews will temporarily not have access from South Avenue to the east side of the site. As a result they will need to temporarily utilize the Mt. Vernon Ave. access site, entering and exiting from Rockingham to South Ave. Crews anticipate using the Mt. Vernon Ave. access starting mid to late next week for approximately 1 to 2 weeks before returning to using the South Access Drive as the main project access point.
