UR Medicine Geriatrics Group

Our physicians are some of the most highly trained Geriatric specialists in the region, and experts at managing the often complex care of older adults. We provide on-site medical care to residents at partner nursing homes, and we make house calls to residents at partner senior living communities in and around the Rochester area.

When hospital care is needed, we refer most of our patients to Geriatric Services at Highland Hospital which offers a wide range of services specially designed for the needs of older patients. Our practice is affiliated with both Highland Hospital and the University of Rochester Medical Center.
