Thank you for your interest in the Department of Imaging Sciences fellowship programs. To be considered for entry into one of our fellowship programs, candidates should have successfully completed an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program in the United States or an RCPSC-accredited or CFPC-accredited residency program in Canada, have board eligibility or board certification in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology, satisfactory completion of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE) Steps 1, 2, and, if eligible, Step 3, have permanent residency status or citizenship in the United States, and a valid New York State license for non-accredited programs.

*Our Breast Imaging, Neuroradiology, and Musculoskeletal fellowships participate in the NRMP match in June, and our other fellowship positions are typically decided in the Fall/early Winter.

Interview Information
We want you to have an enjoyable experience during your visit to the University of Rochester Medical Center. The interview is a chance for you to learn more about us, and for us to learn more about you.
The day typically includes interviews with the department chair, department vice chair/fellowship director, program director, faculty members in the section, tour of the department, and lunch with one of the current fellows in the section. You may also be asked to visit one our affiliates such as Highland Hospital. The interview day normally concludes by 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Parking
Most hotels in the area provide shuttle service to the University of Rochester Medical Center. If you are driving, visitor parking is available in the Medical Center Parking Garage. Please bring your parking ticket with you for validation.

The University of Rochester Medical Center is a short, 15-minute drive from the Greater Rochester International Airport, which offers service from most major carriers.
