University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry ELAM participants

The Drexel University Hedwig van Ameringen Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine (ELAM) program selects approximately 50 women faculty leaders annually from medical and dental schools across the US, Puerto Rico and Canada to attend a year-long program. Each participant completes a project for her home institution as part of the program. The program has produced many deans and national leaders in medicine.
