The goal of St. James Cardiac Rehab is to help you regain strength, flexibility, and endurance, preventing your cardiac condition from worsening and reducing your risk of future heart problems.
Services
St. James Cardiac Rehabilitation provides the following services:
- Weekly cardiac education classes on heart health, healthy eating and exercise, cardiac risks and other important topics.
- Connection to doctors, nurses, dietitians, and other professionals to customize your care plan.
- Improvement of strength, flexibility and fitness, so you can return to a healthier and more productive life.
Physician referral is required.
