The South Wedge Pharmacy is a community retail pharmacy backed by Highland Hospital and UR Medicine. Meaning that anyone can take advantage of our wide array of services, expert pharmacists, and free delivery in Monroe County.
By volume we are the 5th busiest pharmacy in Rochester, capable of helping you manage and synchronize complex medication regimens to filling one-time prescriptions quickly and conveniently.

The South Wedge Pharmacy Experience
- In addition to a comprehensive inventory of drugs, both routine and those that are less common, the Highland South Wedge Pharmacy stocks an exceptionally wide variety of high quality products. The people behind the counter are trained to demonstrate and discuss any product in stock.
- As with all URMC outpatient pharmacies, we strive to keep wait times for walk-in requests for prescriptions as short as possible. Our goal is 20 minutes or less.
- We offer free delivery to homes, offices, clinics, and group living communities anywhere in Monroe County.
