I have had Dr. Vukman as my primary care physician for over 20 years, When I first met the doctor, I had left my previous doctor for an issues that cased me pain for 10 years with no recommendation other than surgery, however, the cause was not diagnosed. Within a few minutes with Dr. Vukman and a brief look at the effected area, he accurately diagnosed the problem. I was sent for x-rays to confirm and of course he was right. His recommendation was to change my sleeping position. Within 1 week an area that created severe pain for me for 10 years became an easily manageable problem. I referred my entire, Immediate family to him and we all feel the same about Dr. Vukman and his services. He is by far one of the best doctor's I have ever worked with and I always tell him he can never retire! He is Irreplaceable!

I told the doctor I was there for my physical and her refused to believe me even though I have proof I was there for a physical. He only gave me a 10min medication check up that I didn't need because I had already done so 2 weeks before with the nurse practitioner. I left the office crying because I felt unheard and needed that physical. He also did not believe me when I said the medication was making me itchy and my nose bleed and put me back on the medication. I will be finding a new doctor asap

I have been going to Dr Vukman for many years. He is a smart man. Does not have a out going personality. This visit he came in rushed to computer did not greet me ,smile nothing. I had a fall hurt my shoulder . He hardly checked it . I told him it was keeping me awake at night. Really did not say much .Did send me for a X-ray. I asked him about blood pressure I usually have low and noticed it has been going up [...]. But he never told me what to do about it. Did not talk about it at all. Then he rushed out of room. I was not helped at all still have shoulder pain pressure still higher. I contacted him through my chart said I got results of X-ray. What should I do. Next day Nurse [...] sent me note saying Dr Vukman said if it hurts see a orthopedic. He did did give me opinion what he thought at all. Not happy with the service I received. Dr Vukman did not seem to care.

You came to the office because you need some kind of help. People are not friendly and welcoming. You get the feel like you are imposing on their day. Not only here but all over. What happened to smiling and welcoming!!!!

When I demonstrated an adverse reaction to the medication while in the office for a scheduled visit they cancelled, they could have seen me. Instead I got a message the next day to go to urgent care. They sent me there originally for the first medication that almost cleared up the infection.

I told Dr Vukman that I was going to have a heart attack one time.He ordered a heart monitor. Nothing showed up on that day because the pain was not constant. It finally happened about 10 days later I was rushed to [...] and then taken to [...] Hospital. I know my body and can usually tell when something is about to go wrong.

The nurse Melissa is excellent, caring good personality. The newer staff did not seem as helpful. Dr Vukman usually is great today he was off somewhat disinterested.
