[...] the appointment itself was a poor experience where I felt dismissed before he'd even heard my concerns. However, the personalized phone call that I received later that afternoon after he'd considered my case a bit more made me feel much better, which is why I rated the recommendation higher. I think he does need to have a bit more "bedside manner" in the clinical setting. I wasn't there just because I thought it would be a fun way to spend my morning, I went because I was genuinely worried and should have been treated with respect and care.
