About Me

I focus my work on primary care preventive medicine, especially in areas of cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Exercise and cardiovascular fitness are key components in maintaining health. Sports injuries is another area of expertise.

I focus my work on primary care preventive medicine, especially in areas of cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes mellitus. Exercise and cardiovascular fitness are key components in maintaining health. Sports injuries is another area of expertise.

Teaching medical students and residents encompasses about 10% of my time, both in the office and at the medical school.

My hometown is Endwell, New York. My wife and two daughters have lived in Irondequoit for the past 20 years.

Personal interests include running (completed the Boston Marathon), backpacking, fly fishing, kayaking, and skiing.

Dr. Morris is retiring and I don't think he is replaceable. We have been through a lot together in trying to help my fibromyalgia and I never felt he was giving up or tired of me looking for a soft place to fall. My husband and I have been fortunate to have him for our primary care physician. We will miss him.
