The only problem I had was hearing the staff including the doctor behind their masks. Wanted them to be aware to speak up.

Dr. Pentland comes across as very caring and very "human". I always enjoy seeing her.

Dr Pentland and her staff have been very open to discussions about my care and treatment and communicate very well with us. I would be lost without this staff!

[...] Thankfully I got a second opinion from the second dermatologist Dr. Penland. She seem to thoroughly listen to me, Inspect my toe & looked at my pics which resulted in a plausible conclusion to my issue. [...] but hopefully I was correctly diagnosed.

I was not given treatment options beyond the plan that we ended up going through with. I was told briefly what the plan was and then immediately told to begin prepping. I was not given time to consider if this was the best option for me and my life. [...] I was not given a clear set of instructions and left feeling confused about what to do next and when I could return to normal activities.
