Dr. Pulley asked if I was a germaphobe or anxious about what he might say - I was simply listing off the experience I had before I fell ill. [...] Additionally, I came in with serious neck pain that seemed to be associated with my nausea at the time, and stated I've had neck muscle issues for quite a while and that the pain is sometimes distracting during regular activities (such as in class) [...]. I would have preferred and expected more of a conversation around what could be causing the Issues I've had, especially since others have seen pain relief and I have not, though I am fairly young [...] I'm not confident in Dr. Pulley's service.

I feel I had reason to be concerned about my illness, but I felt belittled by the doctor for feeling that way. I wouldn't have called a doctor if I didn't think something was wrong - more so than an average flu. [...] I am and I have, I've been dealing with the same neck pain for several years [...]. I just want it properly looked at, and if the medical professional I am speaking with isn't a neck specialist, I would prefer they just say that I need to speak with someone who may know better.

With Dr Pulley and his staff, my questions are always answered promptly via My Chart or by phone. The staff is always friendly and respectful. I hear about wait times with other PCP's but cant remember a time when I was in Dr Pulleys wait room for more than 10-15min. He's smart, engaged and have always felt like Dr Pulley cares.

He answered my questions but was a bit condescending and was pushing the COVID vaccine. The condescension came when explaining mRNA. I felt he assumed I didn't know what it was. He should have asked if I new and understood what mRNA is.
