I appreciate Dr. Campbell's flexibility and dedication when a water main break caused the normal office to close and he and his nurse moved to an alternate location to enable same day appointment rescheduling. He is always very attentive, listens very well and is very down to earth - discusses treatment options and impacts with me clearly and thoroughly.

I am completely confident and satisfied with Pulsifer Medical Practice. My PCP is Zachary Suter, a 10 in every way. Because he was not available that day when I had a cut/scrape needing attention, Dr. Campbell saw me. He is a fine gentleman and doctor. I couldn't be happier with my care in this practice from Andrea at reception to every nurse and PA and Doctor who helps me enjoy my life and provide guidance for healthy living.

Dr Campbell has been a reliable, excellent care provider for my wife and I for many years. He has always been available to address questions and concerns we have regarding our health, even when he is out of the office or after hours. When we've had scheduled office appointments or called in on short notice due to sudden illness, the staff as well and Dr Campbell have been responsive, accommodating, friendly and helpful. The cause of my last visit was an ear infection and Dr Campbell was able to accommodate seeing me without an appointment almost immediately. He evaluated my ear, prescribed medication and a few days later my issues with my ear and hearing were resolved. We feel comfortable and confident seeing Dr Campbell. He is an excellent communicator and does a very good job balancing the sharing of medical information with a warm disposition. We are glad to have found a good doctor to support our health needs and have referred friends and family to him.

During my visit, my Dr had a resident, and that was a good experience too. The Dr. Had the resident meet with me first, but then came in and we covered everything as well, and it was great. I was happy to be part of training new Dr's. Additionally, I was able to schedule my next follow-up appointment on My Chart, and I was able to check myself in and pay my co-pay before I even walked in. I didn't have to rely on anyone for receptionist activities or to schedule my follow-up - which was because My Chart is great, and this provider uses it for these additional services!!!

I have surgery [...]. There was a question about the circulation in my legs that had to be answered with in 5 days or the surgery would be canceled. Dr. Campbell made sure I got scheduled to see him within that time. Giving his ok to go ahead with the surgery.

The doctor asked me what my life expectancy was. I have metastatic breast cancer. I found this question off putting. If he read my records he would see how well I have been living with the disease for 6 years, working, etc. A better question would have been: it looks like you are doing well with managing the cancer. How are you feeling? Looking at me holistically.
