When I am having an event of pneumonia as I was this time, Dr. Ryan and the practice almost always get me in for a visit the same day I call. It comes on quickly and their ability to provide care within hours makes an enormous difference in my health. Doc Ryan knows me and my history, and we have a good relationship which I value. I went to the office for a complete physical. I was surprised that the visit was no different than my 6 month routine check ups. The doctor did not examine my eyes, ears, throat, skin, extremities, reflexes or balance. In the past the doctor spent at least 30 minutes with me for a physical and took time making a thorough exam. This time after the nurse took my vitals, the doctor only listened to my heart, lungs and abdomen with the stethoscope and he felt my neck and abdomen. My supplemental health insurance covers a complete physical each year. My last complete physical was in September 2021.This felt more like a [...] Wellness exam. I had called the office two weeks ago to make sure I was listed as a complete physical and was told I was.

Dr. Ryan was awesome, and prioritized me as he knew I was having an actual problem. Also, I've spoken with Carol in the office many times over the years, she is very caring and always gets the right providers involved, and I get a call back really fast. It is comforting to speak with her when I call in because she knows me on some level, even if it's just recognizing my name as a patient, and this connection means a lot. This office is very good at responding, and I really appreciate that.
